Services 2.1 Kassazaak.nl helps you find suitable POS system suppliers by analyzing the information you provide and recommending up to three potential suppliers. 2.2 The Website is an intermediary platform and does not offer POS systems itself. The final agreement is concluded between you and the recommended supplier(s).
3. User Data 3.1 To use our service, you must provide certain information, such as company name, contact details, and specific requirements regarding POS systems. 3.2 You guarantee that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Data Sharing 4.1 The information you provide will be shared with up to three selected POS system suppliers to enable them to contact you and provide a suitable offer. Although we strive to limit this number to a maximum of three suppliers, it may occasionally occur that your information is shared with more than three suppliers. We always aim to keep this to a minimum. 4.2 By entering and submitting your data via the Website, you grant Kassazaak.nl permission to share this information with the relevant suppliers.
5. Responsibility and Liability 5.1 Kassazaak.nl strives to serve you as well as possible but cannot guarantee that the recommended suppliers will fully meet your expectations. 5.2 Kassazaak.nl is not liable for any damages resulting from agreements between you and the recommended suppliers. 5.3 You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the POS suppliers and their offers.
6. Privacy 6.1 Kassazaak.nl places great importance on protecting your privacy. Our processing of personal data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more information.

Intellectual Property 7.1 All content on the Website, including texts, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kassazaak.nl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. 7.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or otherwise use content from the Website without prior written permission from Kassazaak.nl.
